Upon ordering, E-MAIL US to tell us which blends of kopi luwak you would like (e.g. two regular, one whole vanilla infused) Kopi luwak is the rarest and most delicious coffee in the world. Its unique method of production, where it passes through the digestive tract of the palm civet, causes a chemical reaction which eliminates the bitterness from the coffee beans, resulting in a rich, mellow brew which has sometimes been described as even being "chocolatey." Palm civets only eat the best coffee berries (from which coffee beans are derived), and in consideration of their health and happiness, our farmer, the same one who grows our vanilla beans, only collects the beans from wild palm civets, never caged ones. His plantation and those that surround it grow only Arabica coffee beans, so this coffee is the premium Arabica variety as well. One pouch of kopi luwak contains 250 grams, or 8.82 ounces, of whole, medium-roast Arabica coffee beans. We special order your kopi luwak to ensure its perfect freshness.
