Luxury beans boast 19 cm (7.75 inches) or more of soft, plump pods, bursting with seeds and full-bodied vanilla flavor. Like all our beans, luxury grade beans are natural Bourbon vanilla beans (Vanilla planifolia).

They are grown, harvested, and cured in small batches by a farmer's co-op on the island of Java in Indonesia. IndriVanilla purchases direct from the farmer at fair trade prices. The fresh, flavorful, and fragrant beans are soft and pliable--no brittle beans here! Luxury vanilla beans are approximately 20 or more centimeters (7.75+ inches).

They are grown organically without pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic chemicals, but due to the small operation, are not certified organic. Luxury vanilla beans are our finest treasure: they are consistently plump and glossy and have a very well-developed Java vanilla aroma and flavor, deep, warm, and buttery.
