Shipping Information

We vacuum seal all of our orders to preserve the quality of your vanilla beans until they get to you, even if you only order one single vanilla bean! Because our beans are so fresh, sometimes the vacuum packaging draws a small amount of brown oil out of the beans. This is normal! Your beans haven't spoiled. It's a sign of their good quality.

For small orders of individual vanilla beans, your order will default to ship United States Postal Service First-Class Mail, which can take up to 6-10 business days. No tracking service is available with this service, however, you can purchase tracking and confirmation in our store for just $1.00. Your beans will be vacuum-packed, placed in an envelope, and mailed to you. To save paper, we do not enclose receipts except upon request (just send us a message!).

If you need your order faster than First Class, we offer Express Mail and Priority Mail shipping for all U.S. orders. We can send international orders by Priority and Express mail, too. Just send us a message!

For larger orders of vanilla beans, we ship United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Your beans will be vacuum-packed, placed in a Priority Mail envelope with some basic instructions, and mailed to you. Tracking service is included free with large orders.

$0.01-$9.99 purchase = $4 shipping
$10-$24.99 purchase = $6 shipping
$25.00-$49.99 purchase = $8 shipping
$50.00-$74.99 purchase = $10 shipping
$75.00-$99.99 purchase = $12 shipping
$100+ purchase = free shipping

Orders will ship between 1 and 3 business days after payment has been received, unless we are on hiatus. See our front page for announcements regarding hiatus dates (if there are any--we don't leave often!).
